This Privacy Policy explains what Cinematic Agents (“we,” “us”) collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account data — your name and email from the identity provider you sign in with (Google).
• Pipeline data — the nodes, configuration, and content you create on the canvas.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics and logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide and maintain the Service, validate and run your pipelines, secure our systems, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Google sign-in

When you sign in with Google, we receive a limited profile (name, email, and a stable identifier). We use it only to create and secure your account. We don’t access your Google data beyond what you authorize at sign-in.

4. Your pipelines & content

Your pipelines and configuration are stored to provide the Service. We access them only as needed to operate the product, provide support you request, or comply with law.

5. Third-party services & subprocessors

We rely on infrastructure and service providers (for example, hosting and authentication) to run the Service. Pipelines you build may also call external models and APIs you choose, which handle data under their own policies.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies.

7. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless a longer period is required by law. You can request deletion as described below.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security — report concerns to security@cinematicagents.com.

9. Your rights

The Service isn’t directed to children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under the age required to consent in their jurisdiction.
