Terms of Service.
Template notice. This document is a starting point for review by your legal counsel before launch. It is not legal advice and should be tailored to your company, jurisdiction, and actual practices.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cinematic Agents (the “Service”), operated by Cinematic Agents (“we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Cinematic Agents is a visual builder for designing, validating, and deploying AI agent pipelines. Features may change, and some capabilities may be offered as previews or be limited in availability.
2. Accounts & sign-in
You access the Service by signing in with a supported identity provider (currently Google). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate third-party terms when building or deploying pipelines;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- use the Service to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or abusive content.
4. Your content & pipelines
You retain ownership of the pipelines, configurations, and content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any data, models, or third-party services you connect.
5. Third-party services
Pipelines may call external models, tools, and APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, output, or pricing.
6. Availability & previews
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Preview or gated features (for example, capabilities that depend on worker deployment) may change or be withdrawn at any time.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that pipeline output will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
